Follow the doctor's advice and go see and OB/GYN. They know a woman's body and will be able to help you find out what is going on. If you are pregnant, then you will be starting your prenatal care in excellent time.
Here's to hoping that you are pregnant and it is not something more serious.

Honey, heavy cramping and back pain and bleeding and menstruation that lasts for three or four days are all signs that you are NOT pregnant. So I wouldn't worry about being pregnant. And don't forget, two tests at the doctors said "negative."
However, you might have a sexually transmitted disease or vaginal infection of some kind, an ovarian cyst (most of which are painful but harmless), or endometriosis (serious but not likely), or dysmennorhea or a hormone out of whack or any number of things. So it would pay to get checked out by a good gnynecologist.
Good luck, be healthy, use protection always and take care of yourself.

Sustained cramps/backache really aren't a sign of early pregnancy, especially on their own. It's more likely its a ovarian cyst or something like that, if the PG test keeps coming up negative. (were they UA tests or blood?) A general practice doctor wouldn't really know what do to until the OBGYN clears any issues with that.

You do know your body better than anyone else and you know something isn't right. You probably aren't pregnant, but you may have another problem. Either way, you should go see the OB/GYN. They can do a blood test and sono to check for pregnancy and would be able to find if something else is wrong. That should be your first step. Once you get it confirmed, either way, you'll be able to do what you need to do.

You could always wait a week and take a home pregnancy test, but with the period and the already 2 negative tests from the doctor's office I'm betting you aren't pregnant.

If you have been having bad cramps for weeks, I think you should go see a gynocologist. You might have endometriosis, or you might have had a pregnancy and now are miscarrying, or who knows! You are right - you know your body best.
Have you tested?
