Im a huge David Bowie fan., but only for his early work. I first started listening to him when I heard a local band playing "Ziggy Stardust". I bought the album soon later and was blown away. I started to listen to more of him. But after hearing "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust", everything made after it seemed terrible to me. I also greatly enjoyed he previous albums "David Bowie" (self titled), "Space oddity", "The Man Who Sold The World", and "Hunky Dory". I have a few friends who love David Bowies later work, which I respect but hate listening to. Is there anyone else who feels the same way?

Ziggy stardust is my favorite album of all time. Velvet Goldmine is my favorite Bowie song. I own the limited edition box set of the first American radio performance he ever did, video, tshirt, keychain, CD. I have only played the CD once nothing else has moved. Yeah, i think i like his early work.
