Invest half. Put 8 in the account to pay bills and have fun and the rest goes into the college fund for my kids.

I would buy my sister a working car, because my dream is to have a sister who is a grown up. It seems like it is not my dream, but the amount of emotional energy directed at her life would then be alloted to a project of my own, a little house on the shore in the south, and a bookstore in a small town.

I would take the money and invest it in some index-linked ETFs for the long-term perspective, retirement planning, save for the old age thing, as cliche and boring as it would sound.

I'd pay off all my debts, fix up my house, and help my husband get his new model rocket business going.
