Using a lever I can lift 5000kg block .5m off the ground. Calculate the work done to lift the block. How much force must must I use if I can push the other end of the lever 2.0 m.

Work done = force x distance. Work it out.

Similarly, the other lever:

5000 x 0.5/2

Try drawing or sketching a picture of this first. Then use the formulas for Work (=f x d) and the law of levers.
