My husband.
He is in the US Army and has been for 17 years.
Out of those 17 years he has been deployed for 10 of them.
He just keeps doing his job no matter what they ask of him.
He is truly a warrior. On a personal level he is the only "real" man that I have ever met. It means so much to him to provide for his family. He is very loving and attentive. He deserves respect and he has earned it from me.

I look up to my ancestors who survived the middle passage... humbled themselves to be slaves and has endured pain and suffering for my freedom's sake.

Without them, Id have no Bachelors, no Masters, no PhD... no mortgage, no opportunities at all.
