I would consider it more of a dress pant with a khaki color. Khaki is more of a cloth. There are nice pants though and would probably pass for your work.

even if they wasn't khaki it's a nice pair of pants to have by the way. they will pass for khaki. surely no big deal.

do you mean khaki the color or khaki style as in chino pant? The pants you reference are khaki colored, but I don't consider them khaki style/chino style. They are more like regular pants.

Khaki is a color! and those look khaki! :) but you might also want to look for khaki chino pants, thats usually what employers look for, but those look good!
