that are in GIRLS baathroom stalls that look like a plastic trash can stuck to the wall..... what are they for? Do you throw away used "napkins" in there or do you just throw away the crinkly stuff that u peel off of them?? Where do you throw away the "napkins"??

yes, you dispose of the entire femine product and wrapper in there so the toilets don't back up.

Make sure you wrap your "napkin" in the wrapper of your new one, and then chuck them in there. Don't ever put a used tampon in there, that will stink up the stall, and tampons are made to be flushable anyway. But you should throw the applicator out. So basically, everything goes in there but used tampons. :)

Used napkins and the sticky strips can go in the receptacle. Never try to flush that stuff.

throw away used sanitary napkins or wrappers for sanitary items. flushing them will clog the pipes.

throw both in there, if you flush the napkins you may plug up the plumbing

Good question? They should label them. Everything else today tells you in detail what the contents are. They should be labeled "Rag Bag". But what do I know? That's just a guess because I'm a guy.

haha those are for pads and tampons when girls are on thier periods so that they wont flush them. the whole pad or napikin goes in there. as well as the wrappers to them or tampons
