The Mars Exploration Rovers have uncovered evidence that there was once LIQUID water flowing on the surface of Mars. There IS water there now, it's just all frozen (we think). Maybe at depth there is some in its liquid form.

There is none on mars right now although the rovers found strong evidence for water. Check the JPL and NASA sites for future missions.

well all the probes sent there so far have been searching for signs that Mars may have had liquid water at one time, but does have water in form of ice on polar caps
