After all the clouds of BS die down, you'll probably walk away with three answers. Now realize none of them make it okay to cheat - they are the most honest reasons if guys would level with themselves, however.
Willingness - be it sex, trying a new hair style, wearing something, whatever. Just willing is all.
Initiative - intitiating sex, being generally lusty and enjoying sex in all its forms begging not required for head or anything else. Initiaiting a getaway - Initiaiting writing a love note, Initiaiting working out, Initiaiting hand holding, Initiaiting nails on the back of his neck, whatever. Just initiaiting.
Makes him feel special - dresses up, smells good, gives him the look- all the things a girlfriend (or a fairytale wife) would do.
Wrong, childish, immature, stupid - yes.
Assholery at its finset - yes.
Reasons nevertheless - yes.

Usually cheating comes from some need being fulfilled that the wife doesn't know the man needs, or knows but refuses to give that to her husband.
With me, I would never cheat, I do not even open the door. I keep my female friends at a great distance and my wife extremely close.

I have never cheated on my wife, but there were times when I was tempeted.
A man wants his wife to meet his needs and if she does not, then it certianly opens the door for a bad decission.
Men want to be appreciated, respected, loved, and feel that they are number one in his wife's eyes. They also want to feel that they please their wife in bed and that the wife desires her man enough to want sex on a regular basis. When a husband is rejected in bed he feels totally rejected as a husband.
Don't let yourself go. Stay healthy and dress nice. It shows you still care.
I have found that when we had kids, I was relagated to a second priority. Kids should be second, because kids need two parents and a good example of a loving marriage. I have also found that when my wife is not interested in me sexually and wants to sleep more than she want to be with me I feel unloved.
If you want to keep you man from wandering - make him feel number one, don't criticize him, be forgiving and supportive, wear some nice underware once in a while (It shows you are thinking about him). Tell him how you appreicate the good things he does. Keep things interesting and regular in bed - it shows you love him. If you do these things you might be suprised that he starts treating your better and meets your needs.
I think this is true for most men, but there are jerks out there that are never happy with what they have. Try to spot and avoid the guys early and don't get involved. There are plenty of good me out there and if you treat them right you will have a safe marriage.

I don't have another woman... but guys have this need to procreate with many women... and some guys act on it... but all men have this need...
I would suppose a strong sex drive... and or maybe more kinky... possibly younger or better looking... (create better babies... even though that might not be the intention... but it's a subconscious desire).

My ex left me for a younger woman while I was pregnant.
I am answering this question for my ex husband!
There are only two things that she might have:
1. Youth (8 years his junior)
Like taking a 4th grader to the senior prom
2. She has hoofs for ankles
(her ankles spill over the top of her shoes)

the o.w. had the fantasy, she behaved like a girlfired and not like a wife. she doesnt bombard him with all the problems than went on durring the day. the o.w. prettys herself up when the man comes home. This doesnt make cheating right-but this is what the o.w. has.

My ex-h left me for a woman that have
-A black tooth
- A fat a $$
-Youth (10 years his junior)
-No class, no education, aspirations (right up his alley)
-A taste for beer and cheap cigarretes
-Bad credit (surprise!)
Hmm I guess in his case, the grass was not greener on the other side. hahahahhahah I

Never cheated on my wife.
Cheated on a prior gf. The 'other woman' had some hint of a sex drive, combined with a willingness to work with mine.

Brains, looks, money, blond hair, slim figure, youth, sense of humor, interest in sex, desire to have kids, acceptence me for who I was, didn't try to control me, didn't nag, didn't constantly compare me to her Dad...the list went on....basically she was everything my wife (at the time) wasn't. BTW I married her - happy now for over 24 years
