I would not trade Crawford for starting pitching. Crawford is a rare 5 tool player with power trending upward. Good hitting is always harder to find than good pitching and there is a plethora of good pitching options on the wire and probably below a lot of people's radar (K, Wells - St.L, R.Ortiz - Minn, T.Gorzelanny, J.Sowers) Be patient - it usually takes pitchers longer to hit their stride than hitters and the cold weather has not been helping.

Since you have 2 good 2nd baseman i would keep kinsler and trade uggla. So make the trade uggla and crawford for 2 pitchers and a hitter becuase you want better pitching. Try willis beckett and berkman for uggla and crawford. you can try different things like that or try and get two pitchers for just crawford

basically wishing questioning there on the factor of those writers who like almost all the media are individuals of purple Sox u . s .. Crawford is a bum and that settlement grew to grow to be into rubbish till now the ink grew to grow to be into dry. Why pay a lead off hitter $142 mil to play suited into his 30s? Spend extensive money on sluggers who're shown over some years like Pujols.

You give up Crawford and Valverde, and get Soriano, Beckett, and Kendrick... give it a shot. If that doesn't work, ask for Berkman instead of Kendrick and substitute Markakis for Valverde.

Try this one on for size. Offer him Crawfor, Swisher, and Bush for Cuddyer, Berkman, and Beckett.

If I was you I would e-mail this guy working out a trade that would net you anyone of these guys. If he is that desperate to get crawford, and one of these guys is available you will come out smelling like a rose in the end.

Tell him if he wants crawford he would have to give away Andrew Jones!!! It's not bad of a trade!!!

I'd keep u're team the way it is for right now. Let u're pitchers improve. U have all season!!!
