I wouldnt feed any reptile mushrooms as these are nearly impossible to digest.. mushrooms remain in the intestine for many years and could lead to blockages.

I have a tortoise and have one in the past aswell and they both absolutely love mushrooms! The one I have now eats them all the time I think they are his favourite!

Depends on the species. The forest species (Red-foot, Hinge-back, etc.) are fine with them, as are most box turtles.

Grassland species (Hermann's Russian, etc.) don't do as well, but they are OK as an occasional treat.

Nutritionally, mushrooms are rather neutral- a few bad points, a couple good points. Not a big deal in small amounts either way!

Don't know about the tortoise, but box turtles love them.
