I guess that no one can give you an acceptable answer because no one knows your worries but you. But life can get you down when things seem to fall apart i personally expect the worse and accept what falls. this way i am never disappointed and everything seem brighter. A wise man once told me that when you see your life falling into pieces at your feet, stand back get a broom and sweep up the mess and start again. By standing there nothing good will land on you.

Because you focus on them. If you focus on the beautiful dreams, you'd likely find them coming true as well. It's a choice, like water skiing. Keep the tips of your skis UP, you stay above the water. Let the tips point DOWN, you drink the lake. You cannot control very many events, but you CAN control your attitude about them.

When you expect that all worst nightmares will come true and unconciously insist on this thought and believe in seeing it happening , then these nightmares must come true .
Always be optimistic and expect the best to happen .

Because you focus on them and emit those worries in the form of negative vibrations into the universe. We attract that which we focus on. Start focus on positive things in your life which you are grateful for and you will start to see the tide turning. Turn a blind eye to your worries as much as possible. When you feel yourself start to worry, remind yourself that this is not real, it has not/is not happening and the chances that it will happen are so remote it is not worth worrying about. Worry is waste of time. Use your time being grateful for the good things in your life and you will attract more of it.

We create our own realities, and that is yours.
One might suggest, however, that if all your worst nightmares come true, then you should be happy because your nightmares aren't very bad at all ... no falling off buildings, drowning in oceans, shot by strangers, etc.

You are experiencing your worst fears.
Everyone has them.
These shape and mold you to who you are and who you will become.
The question is how will you respond/react to those worst nightmares?
Will you face them, or run away?
