UPS shipments to one of our customers has been returned to us twice within 3 weeks with damaged and/or with missing merchandise. Claims are made but cannot replace the cost. Who do you complain to???

Talk to your account rep and complain about the constant damage and ask to speak to the regional manager.

If the value of the shipment is above the maximum amount of insurance available from UPS, then, unless you purchased additional coverage the loss will not be fully compensated for.

You have to call the Claims Dept and file a report. Make sure though that you had insured these packages. They will not pay over the $100 dollars that is automatically placed on any package. It can be done on the internet.

Did anyone note they were received damaged???If thiswas done, looks likeUPS is gulity.
If they just rec'd them clear, then they are the ones damaging them.
