Shakira is like the roads in country she comes from in South America, Columbia, they are very bumpy with lots of curves.
Sorry,but no concerts in the pyramids.
Besides the acoustics in the Kings chamber being pretty bad the seating capacity is very restricted.
So she decided not to have her concert there,this time.
Shakira loved Egypt and the Middle East long before anyone other than her distant Lebanese "relis" loved her.She began to learn belly dancing quite early.
By the way did you know that the belly dance Shakira does is the Turkish style.
Very, very different to the Egyptian style. Egypt only took up that belly dancing style and costume after W.W.2.

Shakira is from Lebanon and i do love Lebanon .. been there several times . she was born and raised in Latin America where i really like but never been there . her concert was a mess she didnt perform well .
