ON WHAT ...............your question is very vague and does not illicit an answer.............................if the power steering reservoir is not aligned with the other parts of the engine that are run by the same serpentine belt it could be assumed that the vehicle has been wrecked or the engine has been swapped - out .....in either case you will need a very knowledgeable mechanic to help get things in correct order and working right ... the misaligned belt will jump-off track and screw-up more than the cost of the simple correction..........

I'm assuming you mean the power steering belt... it shouldn't be out of alignment, if all of the power steering brackets are straight & not bent... if its a small block chevy, you can buy shims to put behind the pulleys to make them line up properly. if its anything else.... find the original brackets & power steering pump... good luck
