Is there a speed limiter on the 2006 Arctic Cat TRV 500 that can be removed?

Im disapointed with th etop speed of this machine ...only gets up to 35 mph :(

there is no govenor on this machine --- it has been designed to run at this speed -- so you can fall off and not kill yourself in doing this ................. on the snow you are only looking at the white surface and it is possible to hit something and take a spill at this speed of approx. 35 mph and be okay.... speed exists for the race-track..... not the snow hills..... good luck...
