Extremists from every corner come out of the woodwork when a tragedy like this happens. It's not just the liberals. We're also seeing conservative extremists calling for the rights of all permanent resident aliens to be suspended until further review. We're seeing people who want so badly for this guy to be a terrorist that they are twisting the basic facts anyway they can to make it look like that's what he was. The extremists will scream and when the fervor dies down another debate will ensue in Congress over gun rights. Nothing major will change as a result.

They cannot control or further their agendas against people ( like hitler did) as long as the people hold weapons to fight back.
