I think it's fine as long as the style befits the ladies character, build and figure. What I hate are girls who squeeze themselves into clothes two sizes too small for them, or who's figure simply doesn't lend itself to wearing short clothes.
I don't think it's a question of being flirtatious or not - for me it's a confidence thing when a lady feels able to wear a particular style without concern.
And of course, forget the clothes. The eyes have it. When a lady with beautiful eyes looks into mine I simply swoon!!! She could be wearing a bolier suit for all I care!!

Don't be a slapper about it, but if you're young enough, i.e. not be guilty of being mutton dressed as lamb, and you have nice legs, wear a mini. And for all those people who alluded to the idea that larger women shouldn't wear them, well phooey on you. Again, it comes back to wearing things that fit, so you don't have that escaping fat roll on top of the skirt, which some smaller women are guilty of as well, and how nice your legs are. Self confidence is more sexy than any piece of clothing.

No, but if you wear a miniskirt that should be the only revealing/flirtatious item of clothing you wear. No stilettos, skimpy or low-cut tops unless you want to look more trampy than flirtatious. Try one with some wedges and a T-shirt.

Trouble is that some girls cannot handle the situation where a guy is attracted and comes on too strong. Some guys take the way a girl dresses as an invitation. Some guys don't like to be led on, to be told "no" if they act on this "invitation".

I think that you have answered your own question! If you want to flirt with someone, you would wear appropriate clothing to attract their attention. I think that a mini skirt would come into that category!

I think mini skirts look great ,if you have nice legs yeah i have wore them you just need to know how too bend the right way .x

it is okay if you have the body for it. just make sure that is the only reaveling thing you wear. try a fitting tshirt with wedge heels or tennis shoes with the skirt. make sure you act flirtatious and not trashy with it.

It's not about what you wear to be flirtatious, it's the smouldering look and sexy pout (practise in the mirror first, you could end up looking a bit demented)

Of course not. But don't be upset or surprised if you get unwanted attention. When you show flesh, men will look. And I mean all men. I used to get so disgusted when old men would look at my body, but it's the price you have to pay if you want to dress in revealing clothing.
