Cry, sleep, eat.......repeat until you feel like complete crap, and then get up and look at yourself in the mirror and decide that life is way too short to waste all this time on something that makes you feel so bad.......

Then take a shower, get dressed, and go do something nice for yourself........shopping helps me.......buy something really cute and tell yourself that person lost out because they don't get to see how HOT you look in it..........

Just my two cents......and sorry to hear you're going through this!

Try using your bfs pic as a target in a game of dart.Or go on a stroll and find the most goodlooking guy in the your neighborhood, and flirt with him if front of your ex.And hum or sing out lous to the tune of Irreplacible. And go on without that guy.And call me..And it if does not work.Heheh

It's important that you mourn the loss. Don't try to fight it or pretend that it's ok and not hurting you because it will only make matters worse. And keep telling yourself that everything happens for a reason (which it does) and that the loss is really his. Good Luck.

time is the biggest factor .. keeping yourself busy, keeping a positive attitude, and knowing that it happened for a reason and if it was good for you it wouldn't have ended.. knowing you deserve better and will find it and that what you want, need, deserve was not with that person. also look objectively at how they treated you, made you feel, would they be a positive addition to your life for the long term .. let yourself feel your feelings and give yourself time to heal .. but do it in a way that is good for yourself and get enough sleep, your mind & feelings will be for the better with good rest! tc & good luck

depends on the guy and the reason why. If I really liked him and he cheated, I might break his windows out or cut up his clothes to be evil. If it's someone I want back, I may call them and pour out my feelings. If it's someone who was a total waste of time, I just delete his number and keep it moving.

Stay busy. If you have a job, throw ur self into it, Go out with ur friends. Focus on ur skool work if ur in skool. Dont call him, dont answer his calls, dont text...break ups are like someone dying, only you still see them sometimes. Its hard. But you'll be alright. Best of luck!

I take a break from guys. I would still flirt with guys but I hang out with the girls, party a little, go shopping.
