...gotta say, quite candidly, you peaked my interest enough to not only look up the film (per www.imdb.com, 'Dumplings' was released in 2004), but also purchase it!!!
If you relish in partaking in such macabre cinematic excursions, may I also suggest the 1993 film "The Untold Story", which pretty much covers the same grotesque territory. Revered, award-winning actor Anthony Wong starred in this, as well as an in-name-only sequel, naturally titled "The Untold Story 2".
