Digital stimulation with a finger can be used to relieve it but not actual anal sex as the stool would be blocking the way for inserting anything more than a finger.

it won't at all the feeling that you want to crap and the place that lets the crap go is the bowels the anus ain't the bowel so you would have to have a pretty huge penis to get to the bowles about 2 meters through the rectem probably more.

I have no clue, but you can really spell the word anal. It is probably recommended that you use over the counter medications before using anal sex to relieve symptoms.

I wouldn't suggest it. if you are having anal sex you can potentially harm your self more. I would suggest a home enema kit, and take fiber on a daily basis.
