That high-pitched squeal he calls a voice, the whole Justin-Timberlake-wanna-be thing..... It's annoying! At least Sanjaya TRIES to be sincere! The ONLY reason Chris is still there is because he admitedly has good looks. Period. He butchers every song he performs, he's completely full of himself.... Am I the only person who has this opinion?!?

I chuckled when I read this. My husband and I are actually rooting for Chris to go before Sanjaya...imagine that! I think they both stink and hope that one goes this week and one goes next. If ANYONE else is gone tonight besides one of those two...no more Idol for me!

Yeah, I wager he does because of the fact as he grew to become into making a music on the tip of the practice he advised Phil, "You owe me 50 greenbacks." i think of that they've been having a wager on whether or not Sanjaya may well be getting voted off. Chris might completely take Sanjaya nevertheless, look at them! Sanjaya's a sprint girly-guy and Chris is almost a giant whilst in comparison with Sanjaya!

You're not. i don't know if he sucks worse, but he's really not good. He's cute and that will take him far, but his singing is not up to par. Last night was totally off key I thought, but the judges didn't seem to think so . weird. I know he's not a country fan, and he had a hard week with the V-Tech incident hitting so close to home, but as a performer you do need to be able to cope and set things aside when you have a performance to do.
This week, bad as Chris was, I still thought Sanjaya was worse.

I like him, and I don't like him because of the way he looks (obviously, considering I'm a guy). I like his voice okay, and he doesn't seem that much like Timberlake to me, but then maybe I'm the only one with this opinion. I liked Sanjaya better at the beginning, but now he is using his hair to stay in the competition and I think that's a bit desperate. He's not a bad guy, but neither is Chris. Altogether, I wish Gina G. was still in the competition, she should have gotten second place at least in my opinion.

You are NOT the only one! Sanjaya had improved, somewhat, so I even thought that the "vote-for-the-worst" tactic would switch over to Richardson keeping him in and sending Sanjaya home. But Sanjaya seems to have a strong following now (at least for those on his voting bandwagon) so both stay. Siiigh.

Well, I don't think he's worse than Sanjaya, but I definitely don't care for him. There have been maybe 1 or 2 of his performances that I kind of, sort of liked but overall I find him to be really overrated. And I don't really get why people call him good looking. He kind of reminds me a bit of a toad....a toad with pretty eyes though.
And his nasal voice is very annoying, as is the way he called nasal a type of singing last night...it might be a type of singing but certainly not a GOOD type!

I disagree. I don't think he's the strongest, and is still finding his style. Last night was not a great night for him. However, he has had his moments, and is talented. I can't go along with the Sanjaya thing though.

Agreed, Sanjaya may suck, but Chris is just..... there are not words to describe his annoyance and wanting performances.

I agree with you. I hate how he boobs his head around. He does nothing exciting and hes got a really bad voice. I dont know if I dis like him more than Sanyaya, but I do think its the end of the road for Chris

I don't think he is as bad as Sanjaya, he isn't my favorite, but he is o.k. I think Blake should win, he is my favorite, but I like Jordan and Melinda and LaKisha too.
