Q all squares are similar

"Q all squares are similar" and "S all regular pentagons are similar".

These two statements are true because the shape of the figures are dependent on the lengths of its sides. As the figures here are the square and the REGULAR pentagon, all the 4 or 5 sides respectively for each figure must be the same. So all squares and regular pentagons are similar.

The other 2 statements are not true because the figures, i.e isosceles triangle and parallelogram, are dependent on the length of 2 sides. So not all isosceles triangles (similarly for parallelograms) are similar.

P & Q are correct.

R is incorrect as parallelograms can have different angles.

I would have though S is correct as all regular pentagons have the same angles.

Should the question have been "Which of these statements are incorrect"?

Q & S are correct.

Q: Since all squares have the same angles & side-length ratios ('aspect ratios'), they are all similar.

S: Same explanation as for squares.

P is false because these triangles can have different angles (though the statement would be true of equilaterals), and R is false because parallelograms can have different aspect ratios and different internal angles.

P, Q and S are correct.

R is not because parallelograms can have all different ratios angles and of non-parallel sides.
