Supermarket store managers earn an average £20 - £30k per year, but it all depends on where you live and the size of the store. Lidl is not know for its generosity towards staff though, so I would guess they are at the end of that scale.

Lidl sell some amazing good value products === plainly this is NOT achieved by paying their staff (most of whom seem to be ex-Soviet Block refugees) more than the minimum wage.
