Didnt fill out information for car deduction on Sch. C?

I took the standard mileage deduction, but I dont remember filling out the information to about the car (when put into service, number of miles, and answering the additional questions about the car). Do I need to file an amended tax return for the Sch. C?

No, don't file an amendment - you aren't changing any of the things you'd file an amendment for. If the IRS wants the additional information, and if your claimed miles are high, they might, they'll let you know and you can send it then. But keep the info handy in case they ask.
