Who was the only historical person to conquer and rule the entire known world…B.C.?

Actually the only person to ever rule as much…never again did this happen…

I don't think it's ever happened. Every empire had a border, or an end somewhere. And they could see there was more beyond that, so obviously it wasn't the entire world.
