Ive been waiting for nearly three months for them to get ina DVD which I ordered. Every time I ring up theyre like 'Oh itll be in next week'.

you should go to the under dog/ music zone they sell everything you'd find in hmv but for well less and they have an ordering service if it isn't in the shop don't know if any good cos i have always found what i wanted in store

Oh dear, you really have been unlucky. My experience of ordering a CD online was totally different. Not only did I pay only £8 for an opera album which cost £16 in the store, it was delivered free of charge, professionally packaged, and arrived within a few days!

Perhaps I was just one of the lucky ones???

I hear ya... The other day I had to explain to them TEN times that the band I was looking for was Tenacious D and not Tenaken........I don't even know who Tenaken are.

Talk about major migraines

i can never find anything in HMV lol they've always gt a crap layout of thier stores
