No it they want to waste their money they can. I do not have a problem with it.
By the way carbon dioxide does not cause global warming. The amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere increases as a result of global warming. It is basic logic. Correlation does not imply causality. More carbon dioxide is released by the oceans than by any other source. When it is warmer the oceans release more carbon dioxide.
