Nothing can actually be size zero, because of quantum effects. As the size approaches zero, the Heisenberg uncertainty principle says that the spread in momentum will increase. If size zero were actually achieved, then the range of momentum would approach infinity, which is impossible.
In some sense, Black Holes evaporate because of this effect, and true singularity is never achieved.

(If we are talking about dress sizes...)
Does it affect the way that she handles a telescope? Will it change the manner in which she describes the satellites of Jupiter? Will her learning opportunities be lost because of it?
Unfortunately, the answer may be yes (and that is the real problem).
In North America, the mostly lard-bummed population will assume that she is sick (it is our way to transfer our guilt to others)
Prospective employers will assume that she will not be able to handle assignments (when she is probably better equipped than most to handle the lower-oxygen environments at high-level observatories).

Size zero is fine if you are aged 12 or about 4ft 5. Otherwise, you are way to skinny for your own good.

No one likes it except designers as they feel their creation will look better on skinny models, models are payed high and if it means losing weight for incredible amounts of money they'l do it. Many models become anorexic due to pressure from designers as they become obsessed with food and eating, the media adds to the pressure by slating people when they put on weight. Models are pressured to be stick thin it's not usually their own fault.

Yes I am a size 0...I'm not anorexic or bulemic...I eat like a damn horse...the doctor says I have a high metabolism...I know I'm healthy and think it's important that you love yourself no matter what!!
EDIT: I am 22 years old....please try to understand that just b/c someone is thin does NOT mean they have an eating disorder.

Women who are all caught up in the 'number' size of the clothes they wear like it.
They might as well shop in the girl's department.

No no no!! I don't like it - I love my curves, why would we want to be stick insects??!! Its so nice not having to eat only lettuce leaf all day and as a result i look normal. These celebs are so skinny they have lollipop heads and look a bit alienish - its not normal or healthy!! If people are like it naturally, then they are healthy but to diet themselves that small is not.
