mmmmmmmmmmmm Cat loooooooves whipped cream. Lots of whipped cream. mmmmmmmmm Cat *can* do without it, but she don't like that. Much rather have it. purrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

My dessert is appealing enough on its own. With that being said, there are times when whipped cream can add just the right "touch".

It's not necessary, but if the dessert is fruit based, I really would prefer it to be serves with whipped cream.

I prefer double cream.
I'd have it on cakes, with ice cream, Christmas pudding you name it!
However, I'm currently working in Taiwan an island which doesn't produce any note worthy dairy products and have gone without for 2 years.
I'm coming home this Christmas, expect the price of double cream to go up!

Stop picking on whipped cream. With a bit of imagination, you don't need dessert for whipped cream to look appealing either..

Nope, not me. I'm a purist. I like my pie without whipped cream or ice cream, my ice cream without whipped cream and my whipped cream straight. Hehe. Besides, right now whipped cream makes me sad because my father-in-law loved it soooo much.
