Man you are soooo right. I still am shaking my head as to why Bochy pulled Cain. I mean hindsight is 20/20 but man I could have seen that coming yesterday.:-(
And you are right we need something now otherwise just a repeat of last years horrendous play. Mr. Tim would be good but we need set up help too. I propose a trade of some kind. Niekro for Jenks( white sox) who is the most underrated closer in Baseball.

It's still to early in the season to let him go all the way. Bochy has to be pulling his hair out after that call, but it will work out in the end. Mr. Tim still needs some fine tunning in the minors, but I am all for a trade as long as it's good. If Chulk keeps this up they will release him.

He is good. And a Baby, and only going to get better. I mean, what sucks for him is the fact that the Giants are inundated with old players and are going to be bad for awhile.. he may languish on a sucky team for alot of his prime years... he might even jump ship if theyre still this bad come his freeagency.

I think they took him out because he'd thrown 110 pitches, after throwing 115 in his previous start.

Correia should be fine, but I can tell you as a Jays fan that you're in for nothing but disappointment with Vinnie Chulk. That guy is frustrating to watch!

I have him on my fantasy team. The kid is fantastic. Too bad he didn't get me a win yesterday. Your bullpen can't be worse than my Royals'.

its a long season and they didn't want to wear him out! or he probably throw the amount of balls they wanted him to pitch in that game even if he was in the 2 or 3 inning!

Matt Cain's young. You don't want to hurt his arm overextending him. They've got to protect their young stud pitcher.
