I think whether or not Dirk deserves it is kind of a null point. Looking at this past season, Dirk has lead the way for the number one team in the league and he is a relentless player on both ends of the court with tremendous leadership and ability. If it was fair system, it should go to Dirk. I'm not even a big fan of the Mavs, but I've got to give the nod to Dirk.
HOWEVER, it's not a fair system. I think the mvp is going to become an mv3, and Steve Nash is going to get it, because more people would like to see it go to him for the third year in a row. For lack of a better word, I think it's going to be more "gimmicky" this year.
But both players deserve the recognition. Nash's numbers are better than ever, and Dirk is just plain unstoppable. I'm eager to see who it goes to.

KOBE BRYANT. He is the best player in the league by far. Who ever says Dirk or Nash si there dead wrong. IF you take Dirk off the mavs i bet theyd still be atleast a bubble team and nash off the suns wouldnt be horrible. But if u take kobe off the lakers they would be the worst team in the league. All lakers have is kobe and soem help form odom. Dirk has terry and howard and stackhosue who all 3 have a impact as good as odom does. Nash has stoudemire and marion who are both better then odom. By far Kobe bryant is the most VALUABLE to hsi team he is also the bets player in the NBA.

suitable now that's a neck and neck race. Hamilton could be extra of a lock had he no longer diminished in August, i could say even a solid September won't get him in with the different contenders. Quentin is the present front runner, his case would be reinforced if the ChiSox take the branch. Pedroia is the sentimental renowned because of the fact of his length and attractiveness, he has a monster month and he would be ordinary. yet i will say Carlos Quentin is the main in all possibility to win. MVP electorate like balloting for sluggers.

I gotta go with Chris Bosh , Ya Dirk and Steve nash but look at what Bosh is doing at his young age with his young and new team, he wont get the votes cause were in Toronto but he deserves them its Not Like Dirk is AVG better numbers then Bosh its just that Dirk team is amazing and steve nash plays with all stars so any one can dish out 11 ast a game on that team, i vote for CB4 stats and records dont lie.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Steve Nash win it again. The people voting seem to have an infatuation with the guy. Don't get me wrong he's a good player but I would like to see somebody else win the award this year.

If Nash get it again then the MVP award is fixed. He shouldn't have gotten it last year.

You can be different an say Kobe, but I guarantee you that will not happen. I would say that Dirk wins it in a close race against Nash...

I think Dirk will get MVP.
He has been the best player on the best team. He has LED his team to the franchise's best season record and he EXTREMELY valuable to the Mavs.
