Just like you did the day before, and the one before that and the one before that. Tackling each day on its own, tackling each task on it's own. Sometimes when I feel that I'm being weighed down and I just feel sad or upset or just feeling...nothing, I try to break down everything that I have planned for the day and write them down on a list and cross them off as I'm through with them.
What helps me get through every day is knowing that I don't need anyone by my side to give me a push or to encourage me to get things done, I only need God and belief in myself. That about wraps it up : ) of course a cup of coffee wouldn't hurt!
