think for a moment ..wht do u really want ?? to be happy or just ppl to know that u are sad and gain sympathy out of it coz that is the only thing ppl will be able to provide u with .if u really want to be happy then make ways for urself and trust me it is mean world we r living in the more ppl will knw u r sad the more they will take advantage of u emotionaly .listen ..ppl who dont understand that u r not happy instinctively are the ones who dont deserve to be told ur state of mind and then there r ppl who will read ur mind without even talking to u ,look out for such ppl ,i am sure u'll find them coz they r the one who truely cares otherwise please indulge urself into wht ever gives u peace of mind .i hope that this works for u and u are never sad again ..i 'll pray .tc

Get some counseling. And whatever you do don't shoot other people. I am not joking. If you are depressed and want to take your own life that's your business but don't you dare harm others just to show people how serious and depressed you are.

If you want to get better, someone else has to know how you really feel. Go get some professional mental health help. It is free everywhere in the US.

Give us a city and someone here will give you 3 or 4 phone numbers where you can walk in today and start talking to someone. Stop stewing in your own world and loving the stew and let someone help you. Now.

Enough talking about getting help. Time to act.

Tell them no matter what they think things are not as they seem. If it is your close friends or family members tell them that ' you are alone and unhappy' and say it in a serious way so they will believe you. Then let the conversation go from there. Sometimes when people see how you behave...if it is in a cheerful way...then they cannnot look past what their eyes see. They won't know if you don't tell them.

Your feelings are important.... and it's OK to express them.

Telling others how you feel can be a very good thing. If you are unhappy and feeling sad, then say it.

You didn't say why you're unhappy. Perhaps you could consider therapy. You might be depressed... your family doctor could help you with this and refer you to a therapist or psychologist if he thinks it would help. Sometimes we really need to talk with someone and a therapist can help you to develop coping skills and learn how to deal with life's problems.

Make the appointment with your doctor. Do it for YOU.

you should be asking yourself why isn't it?this is the question you need to ask yourself not how to tell people how you feel most wont really care to much honestly go out and accomplish something go to the gym study anything lonely well online dating bars social w/e meet people if people think your happy great then they will like being around you people love a happy person :D ... Don't be alone and sad, it's a lonely world....

It helps to express your feelings of awkwardness, especially to friends because they may want to help.

Sought out your feelings, analyze them and get to the root of why you are feeling the way you feel.

sounds like you are suffering from depression and you may want to talk to a DR. If others think that you are happy you may be projecting something to others covering your real feelings which is a signal of depression. there is nothing wrong with that, millions live with it very successfully...good luck

Just be yourself... Its so easy to feel alone even when surrounded by a crowd.... You need to speak up and tell people how you really feel... You'll be amazed at the support you'll receive from everyone around you.

well you must be pretty strong to put up a good front.. we all feel this way at times, you are not alone..just confide in someone how you really feel.. it might help..no one should keep things bottled up too much

Honey first of all their is no reason to be sad, life is just unfair to somepeople like me and you, make sense of it instead of you been sad, and you can tell one of your bestfriend or someone you are really close to trust me it helps.
