Of course, but it's time wasted. Why worry ( or be afraid ) of something that is unlikely to happen? You may aswell worry about being squashed by a suicide jumper whilst you're standing outside a building. In short, don't worry about the things you cannot control.

Why worry over what may never happen or over what has happened in the past. Worry about what is happening now and do what makes you happy because you only answer to one person when you put your head on your pillow and the is you.

Yes, to a certain extent it is. For being a bit afraid makes us cautious and there is nothing wrong with that in my view. Just don't let it control you.

Everyone has rational and irrational fears every now and then, this is normal. What is NOT normal is to have them control you quality of life. When that happens, it is time to seek professional help.
