The answer is a
x > -3

If x = -2
7(-2) + 21 > 0

7 > 0 is correct
If x =-1
7(-1) + 21 > 0
-7 + 21 > 0
14 > 0 is correct
If x = 0
7(0) + 21 > 0
0 + 21 > 0
21 > 0 is correct
If x = 1
