By law, a person under 18 cannot enter into a contract, such as a lease or loan agreement. So the answer would be no. If this is for schooling you can apply for financial aid.

It will be very difficult if not impossible to get a loan without a cosigner if you are not yet a legal adult. If you are looking for student aid for college, try FAFSA, they specialize in student financial aid and you could most likely get some government loands through them for school. The website is www.fafsa.ed.gov

Good luck

what is your age? do you have a job? how long have you worked at your job? how long have you lived at your resident? do you own or rent? list 3 creditors you have loans with. those are some of the questions that are asked when you apply for a loan.
You have to be able to answer them honestly and completely. If you don't have a job, how will you pay back a loan?

If you are actually a student, contact your school's admissions office and see if they offer financial aid. You may be eligible for a grant, which would be money that does not need to be repaid. Be prepared thought to bring your parent's financial reports (tax returns), or pay stubs.
You don't say what the money is for, but can't your parent's or guardians help you with funds, without going into debt so young?
