mary kay has a great eyeliner its the role on kind no the pencil. I absolutly love it!!!

I would highly recommend Lancome "Le Stylo" waterproof mascara. Not only will it go on smoothly and last through out the day but if you wanted a smokier look (for the evening) this eyeliner can do it too. This eyeliner is all inclusive. It is waterproof and appropriate for day or night. See for yourself. :)

You'll have to get a liquid liner. Try maybelline perfect line...it's not a brush applicator, it's more like a marker, easier to control. With liquid liners, you can't 'feather' the look, so it will be very cleopatra looking. Other than that, you'll have to stick with the regualr wax liner. I like Cover Girl's stay sharp pencil (like a mechanical pencil) with a latex sponge on the other end for feathering.

Victoria Secret's waterproof eyeliner is perfect for what you want. Just make sure that you prep your eyes before you wear your eye makeup. If you are as oily as I am, I suggest that you use some light eye shadow and then apply your eyeliner. Good Luck!

yeah...pencil liner usually fades away by the end of the day. you might want to try liquid liner. Almay liquid liner stays on all day for me. Or, if you want to stick to pencil liner, apply eye primer, take a lighter and melt the tip of your eyeliner, then line your eyes. It should stay.

I agree with Kali. Maybelline has the best liquid eyeliner out there. Believe me, I have tried a lot of them also. It lasts all day and is very easy to apply.

Try Covergirl Perfect Blend Pencil....it goes on really smoothly and it lasts the whole day for me.

For a really reasonable price, Styli-Style has ones that you have to TAKE off. I have deep-set eyes, and most liners just rub off in minutes. Theirs don't. You can get great prices on it at CVS pharmacies or Cosmeticmall.com - and they have good lipsticks too, that don't come off. If you want more like a liquid one, BE shadow liners, and their liquid sealer is almost un-removable - you have to use makeup remover to get it off. Great stuff.

i don't know any great eye liners i get ones online and if you do get one apply the same shade eye shadow as your eye liner, apply right oner the eye liner and this makes it last a really long time. use an angle brush or an eye liner brush to apply the eye shadow and it will keep it from drooping under your eyes causing you to look like a raccoon. do this and this will help eye liner from bleeding.

Maybelline. The water-proof kind, I think it comes in a blue container. Anyway, I've tried many kinds, but this one I can swim in without it running & tears don't affect it either.
