i think its safe to say all of us have had someone tick us off before.when it happened or happens how do you deal with it? do you tell that person or persons off, give them the finger, ignore them, walk away, exercise, get in a physical fight, drink, smoke, pray and etc.? i ask this because people handle things in a different way. you can be the nicest or meanest person in the world and there will still be those who dont like you, because you cant please everyone true or false? if not for getting in trouble when someone makes you mad would you want to kick their butts? would you do it be honest? life can be a pain in the rear at times.true or false?

Your right you cannot please everyone.. You can however control your anger by remaining calm and telling the other person how you feel. It is better than resorting to what animals do which is fight. That is why we humans are smart. We are able to control those emotions. And the reward will be better for you and the other person.

Oh yeah.
But I believe that to really make peaceful change in the world, reacting to jerks by being angry and retaliating in a punitive manner has to stop. So, 'letting it go' is a popular response on my part. First, it frees me from being sucked into dialoging with them in their negative behavior. Second, it makes me feel like I'm taking the 'upper road', the mature and loving direction rather than being mired in the stupid junk people let their minds get wrapped around.
How we gonna' cause peace in a big way if we can't make it happen in these little ways? It's practice, my friend, practice. Start small and build up.
It's the worthy cause, the deserving sacrifice (to give up your fight, or argument, for peace).

I do stupid things and I feel bad about it.
If I cut people off, I make the sign of putting the gun to my head and firing a round.
I would really hope that others understand that I made a mistake and am sorry for it.
And that I will give them some slack too.
Life in traffic is not life and death.
It is driving.

its really hard not to get RIP ROARING ANGRY at times, i think its a true test of patience and faith. sometimes on this forum i wish i could personally kick some butt, but then i KNOW the best aproach would be to ignore. we are a really stressed out bunch of people in this world. so personally, even though i sometimes feel like throwing something at someone when they cheese me off, i am working on BREATHING and just praying for them and moving on.....and when i do that- i feel alot better!

Tell 'em off, or ignore them. depends on the situation. if theres a reason for it, and i am sure i am right, then i will argue my point..though most people do not like to accept they are wrong, myself included, so its usually best to ignore the many morons and get on with your day.

i have a very long fuse, but it's connected to an equally large bomb, so i try to avoid physical fights and in turn, jail time.

i get angry but i try to breathe in and out to get out my frustration and to calm down. i don't believe in violence to solve my problems. you cannot please everyone in the world because everyone has different views on personality.sometimes i do feel like fighting but i try to walk away from the situation and cool off. sometime life is a pain in the rear but thats what makes life unpredictable.

I keep my anger inside till I'm in private place then I use profantities till it makes me feel better. I rant a little incoheartly too in a notebook about it. Then I tear out the pages and throw them away. In case I die in a car accident I don't want my family finding angry ramblings in my belongings.
