dont eat too much fish (mercury) and dont eat potatoes that have green on them (some type of poison) caffine is fine as long as you only have 1 or 2 cups a day or so and then drink plenty of water after. the nausea could last your whole pregnancy, it might not, everyone is different. you could try to keep some crackers or something by your bed and eat those when you feel sick. i hope you feel better, and trust me....its alll worth it in the end!

Ask your doctor or public health about fish. Different areas have different types that are a consern but if I remember correctly you want to avoid eating larger fish that eat other fish. So for example: shark, marlin and tuna steaks. Canned tuna is made from smaller tuna but really limit how much of that you eat.
I know a lot of women who swore by ginger to help with morning sickness. So you might ask your doctor about that.

un-heated lunch meat- due to listeria. The heating kills it.
Also un-pasteurized anything. Some things like Apple Cider can also be un-pasterurized.
Also with my second, I found I felt sick, when I was hungry. So by eating lots of small meals, snacks, that took away the sickness.
