I earn very little money that ends up in day care. I live pay check to pay check, I have tried several businesses and nothing has worked for me yet. Please, if there's anyone out there that started a business with very little money and it worked, please contact me. I am determined to do whatever it takes to provide better for myself and my kids. Thank you and God bless you.

The AVON Opportunity!

The best & worst thing about AVON is you are truly in charge of your own business. Only you will determine your worth & your paycheck so you can truly make a very lucrative income, on the other hand, no one will be there behind you telling you, you have to work so many hours or do certain tasks to acheive your goals. You need to be self motivated & driven to succeed. You can earn an extra $100 a week or $1500, it is all up to how much time you are willing to devote to your business to cultivate clients & sales. Kids are great, they can help out & you can bring them with you :) They make great conversation openers too! And I know about raising 4...I have 3 girls & a boy :)

When you join as an AVON rep you are paid solely on commission according to the amount of product you sell every 2 weeks. When you start, you are guaranteed 50% commission on your sales (all core products, 20% on AVON giftables, apparrel, & some jewelry) for the first 2 months as long as you place your order online.

After this time you earn 20% minimum with a $25 order, & up to 50% with a $1550 order, or anywhere in between 30%, 40%, 45%. You are given an intial credit limit, so when you place your first order, you do not have to pay up front, rather it is shipped to you on that credit.

You then deliver the orders, collect the money, & at this point you have your money (earnings) in hand & the money you owe AVON for the products you have received. You pay AVON the amount they invoice you, (they break down the earnings percentage for you), the amount you have left is your earnings.

There are NO quotas, NO minimums ever. If you decide the AVON opportunity is not right for you at anytime, as long as your account balance is paid to a zero balance, your account automatically closes once you have not placed an order for 4-6 weeks.

There IS money to be made with AVON sales & AVON leadership, which is another opportunity AVON offers; you build a downline (recruiting, helping others start their own AVON businesses) of which AVON pays you a seperate income & this is where the REAL money is at!

You can even have your own AVON website & sell products online to anyone in the US.

Currently AVON is also offering bonus cash & incentives & there really is NO better time then to become part of a company 120 years STRONG then now.

After you give it some thought, if you want to sign up, you can sign up ONLINE!!! & have access to your AVON account in about 15 minutes! I have been selected among a very small group of representatives participating in a new online appointing test. You sign up online & your starting materials/kit is shipped to you. You won't have to meet anyone face to face, but you will still have the advantage of having a personal mentor to help ensure your business is a success, in this case me :) So check out my site if you would like to join, as there will be the link & reference passcode needed to join.

The fee to participate in the online recruitment is $20, which covers the cost of the starting kit, 1st month of brochures, & s/h. You really can't go wrong with such a small investment & truly no obligation. I was a former casino executive, looking to stay home w/the kids while they were young, fast forward 5 years later, I now own my own AVON store, & I LOVE life & the freedom being my own boss brings & not having to work the 9-5 for anyone else every again. I admire your drive to want to provide the best you can for your children, God Bless. Good Luck with your decision!

Hi Kaye,

Wow 4 girls you have your hands full!!!

I worked full time for a large financial institution for 7 years and like you after having children wanted something more flexible yet provide an income. I was not interested in sales at all and had been praying for an answer when my Mary Kay consultant brought me the company information. I said no at first but researched it on my own ( I am so nosey) . I was very impressed with coming from a financial background, I was very impressed with the company it;so values and belief in God, family then career. I had been using the product for years so that quality an belief into he product was a given.,
I would recommend for anyone to get the facts so you can make an educated decision so re deciding based on fact and not emotion which most women do.
There are lots of other direct sales companies find a hobby and turn it into money:)

I wish you well
Sandra

Where there is a will, there is a way. Most people are broke because they dont realise that they are broke. Job is good to have till better things come along. Never trust the job as secure. There is no such thing called security in the job as the employer can fire the employee any time with 5 minute notice. Starting a small business with no capital investment and setting a game plan to implement and work accordingly during the weekends and weekdays evenings without affecting the job schedule and working partime can create significant income. There is one such business in my knowledge called financial industry business. Helping people understand how money works will eventually lead you to make money. That is the reason, poor people are always poor and rich get richer.

I recently joined a great home based business. Its a Financial industry business. We work hard for money, But rarely we understand how to make money work for us. we make money, and we save in the bank. The bank give us 1 to 2 % interest and they utilize our money to invest and they make more than 12%. They know how to make money work for them. Because of the growing demand, people wanted to know what the bank does to make profit.
Financial industry business is a home based with no inventory business which enables you to earn some great money. Helping people understand how money works will eventually help you make money.

If this is what you are looking for and sounds interesting, contact this person at niaz7862001@hotmail.com who can guide you further.

There are many businesses out there that will allow you to make a good income. HOWEVER the key in anything home business is YOU.

Can you invest the time?

How much time are you prepared to invest each day?

There are dozens of other questions that you need to ask your self and be sure to research your opportunities.

Most companies that are commission based should not be providing you inflated numbers. Remember if it looks to good to be true, it more then likely not true.

Can you do face to face networking?

Can you invest marketing dollars?

Are you able to do online marketing? (check this out, as there are some great companies out there but online marketing is a no-no)

Do you have the time and comfort level (and quiet time with the kids) to allow you to make those customer service calls that allow you to build your income?

You can sell candles. Almost EVERYONE uses candles. They are easy to sell- they practically sell themselves.

I am an Independent Distributor for Mia Bella Candles and Bath Products. All of our candles are 100% all natural- they are safe for the entire family and the environment. Not only that, they burn evenly, meaning no more wasted candle (which means wasted money).

With this company, you can make as little or as much as you want. Your opportunity is endless. You would be considered a Business Owner (which means great tax deductions) and start up cost is less that $50/month!! (and you can back out at any time without penalty)

If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please do not hesitate to email me. I can mail you a catalog along with other information, including a sample scent.

I understand the feelings. I run a direct sales business from home and it hugely successful for me, so much so that I work 20-30 hour weeks and make more $$ than my "regular" job could pay me. If you are really interested I can get you a free kit and everything you need (info wise) to get started. IT isn't Amway, I promise. :) If you love jewelry, I work for lia sophia and it has been so life changing for my family. Let me know if you are interested. www.liasophia.com/teri

KayeZ, I am a mother of 4 little boys and I am a Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics. I set my own hours and I decide how much or how little I want to work. My appointments get scheduled around my schedule. I can also advance when I want and earn more money when I am ready to. The good thing about this is that you can keep working your current job while working your Mary Kay business. Contact me if you have any questions!
