The fact that you want to lose weight without your mom knowing, suggests to me that deep down on some level, you know that are not fat and are in fact perhaps underweight. What i would suggest thought is that you try and maintain a healthy lifestyle, eat well, and exercise. The exercise will help tone you up, so your body will generally look nicer.

You should ask your doctor whether your weight is good for your height. I would say that you are thinner than you should be, but if you have a very small frame, your weight might be just fine. Do not fall into the dieting trap. Dieting actually makes you FATTER in many cases, because it messes up your metabolism. Just continue to eat nutritious, healthy food. And do ask your doctor about your weight.

How old are you? I weigh 110. im bout 5"4. u shouldnt feel fat. I mean somtimes i do too, but the scales lie. muscle ways sooo much more than fat. try a measuring tape. they work.
If u seriously want 2 lose weight..work ur hardest in athletics at school. if not, then walk your dogs, eat better, walk faster, play a sport. If u want good legs try volleyball or track. push ups help alot too. hope i helped

Why dont you want your mum to notice?
You are slim for your height, but maybe you dont have much muscle and it is all fat because muscle weighs more than fat.
If you want to look slimmer then eat healthily and work out a lot, then when the fat converts in to muscle you will still stay the same weight but look more toned and slim.

Its difficult being a teenager. But you are not fat i am a food specalist and i deal with overweight people. But i know how you feel you want to do it without mum noticing to make you feel better? but you are fine as you are you are thin and if you were my patient i would advise you to eat more you are healthy and thin you just need to understand you dont need to lose weight.

hon your fine...thats very thin in my book.....im 5'4" and (when im not pregnant) I weigh around 110lbs. I look very thin, wear tiny clothes and am always complimented....you shouldn't lose any weight at all...to me you sound model thin....please dont worry about your weight like that...especially since you sound young....as you age and your body matures more you will fill out in all the right places and get even more feminine looking....yes even if your 17 by the time your in your mid 20's your body will look different...(not in a bad way in a good way)

If your BMI says that you are underweight that means that you are underweight. I would talk to your school counselor and ask the same question that you asked here. Talk to someone. You are not fat, and I'm guessing that you don't need to loose any more weight. Please talk to someone so that you don't end up hurting yourself conforming to society's terms on being skinny.

You are not your friends you are you and you are normal if you are trying to loose weight without your mum noticing it doesnt sound very healthy. Ýou shouldn't be worried about being fat or thin to be healthy is far more important

Its really not good to just rely on the weight...u no!!
People can look really skinny and be heavy and look chubby and be really light thats just all got to do with ur morphology.Some peeps have heavy bones(it's not a lame excuse like lots of people seem to think it is) and some are just simply heavy it can be genetically transmitable..and yeah! I dont wanna sound like a geek but its true!!
U need to stop stressing!! Plus UR FINE. So what i u 'think' u look chubbier, each person has a different morphology(the way their body is built up).

From the description you gave, I would say that you are thin. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU LOOK OR FEEL FATTER THAN YOUR FRIENDS!!!!. Every person is different. You can't base your weight on your friends. If you have an eating disorder, consult a nutritionist. But please, don't try to lose any more weight.
