apply the logic of the movie Minority Report, everyone submits to neurological testing to see if they will commit a crime in the future, then we just eliminate or incarcerate them for the rest of their lives.

For those who want to change a constitutional amendment because you do not like it, should we just eliminate all of them and start from scratch, you know put it to a majority vote?

You cannot diddle with one amendment only, just because you do not like it, others may feel you should not be able to speak your mind publicly.

There is not much society can do to prevent this sickness. All we can do is have better reaction plans in place to minimize the danger. maybe just maybe more psychological testing needs to be done on people that want to come into our country. That way we could stop it at the border.

The constitution doesn't have to be changed. The second amendment doesn't prohibit regulation of personal gun ownership.

all stay at home and let the govt. provide for us. Then they can start telling us some foriegn country is to blame for our suffering. Sound familiar?
