Hey, I was wondering where I could find seats that people are selling from their cars. Specifically, i'm looking for leather seats for a BMW 318i (e36 is the factory model). I found some on eBay, but I was wondering if there would be any better places to look for them. Thanks :)

Another option is to consider getting the existing seats recovered - they redo the foam and the covering and the seats with be like new.

The local auto junk yard. Call them up and ask them if they have the type of car that you have, and the same model and year. If they do, chances are that they have the seats as well, and can offer them to you at a reduced price. Check with a dealership to find out what the retail price is first, then you'll be able to tell how much of a deal you'll be getting for the used seats.

Try looking under used auto seating or salvage yards even you local salvage yard would have seating. once you find different sites then you can be spacific about the make and model. There are alot of places that have seating from used vehicles. Even some auto mags have adds in them showing places that sell seating. Just type in ( used automobile seats )in the search browser , you can even type in ( used seats for BMW ) or just go with ( BMW used parts ) and look for a sub catagory for seats

eBay these days has the reputation for goods like the source of question has requested. Chop Shops operate with help of
vehicle theft criminals. Seriously doubt BMW 31 8i or e 36 parts are commonly available apart from honest auto part commercial sources.

Auto salvage yards, commonly called junkyards. Call a local yard.
