Cho had the words Ismail Ax written on his arm, a reference to Islam. Could this be considered a new terror scheme?

No doubt it, just another screwed up kid because everyone ignored his obvious cries for help. And no one ever confirmed that those words on his arm had anything to do with Islam, they have at least 3 or 4 theories going out right now as to what it could be. Either way, theres no way its a terrorism thing he was just an angry, violent guy who snapped. It could happen anywhere, to any race religion or creed.

Well since he was Islamic - and he did cause a hell of a lot of terror you could honestly say that this was in fact an act of Islamic Terror!

But I doubt if there was any conspiracy behind it.

This was not a terrorist attack. The kid had a history of mental illness. The few people that knew him realized he had a screw loose. South Korea even issued an apology to the US because of how terrible this incident was, however it was not a terrorist attack.

No. This was not an act of terrorism..this was senseless. 32 people died for nothing. If he wanted to die why didnt he kill hisself and spare the other 32 lives he took.

Not at all, if it was it wouldn't be such a vague reference to Islam.
this massacre was the product of a psychopathic/deranged/etc person.
