Question

The offer was $198,000. There were 4 cases left. One case was $750,000, and the other high case was $200,000, Her husband said to take the cash, she did not listen and ended up with only $60,000.

I say she lost the remaining $139,000. It was like blowing it away and getting nothing for it. My wife says no...she won $60,000. Who is right?

your wife, I mean it is a game of chance and the gal took the chance. I think they get caught up in the greed of it all. I scream at the t.v. take the money but unless your up there you never know what to do.
I believe the tax is something like 25% to the feds and who knows what to the state. Stupid taxes.

that lady was a ballbusting loudmouth and she got on my last nerve so i hope her hubby tells her i told u so everyday ...but of course 60k is better than what she came with it makes me mad that more contestants dont go for it because even if you leave with 10 bucks its more than u had and you got to be on tv

people on that show are all idiots, thats all that ever happens. they push their luck way too far and end up with squat. somebody should explain the concept of odds to these people before they go on tv for that game.
