Instead of drawing inference that the people do not trust judiciary, you should say that even to-day, judiciary is also being subjected to criticism ! If that was not so, why the Appex court decided to transfer the hearing of cases against Ms.Jaylalitha and the Sankaryacharya of Kanchipuram ? Corruption is in full swing to grab the entire country. And even at that point, our Honourable Judiciary is trying their best to protect the interest of common people - some very recent judgements would reflect that. Uncalled for and unnecessary criticism of Judiciary definitely demoralise the sentiment of Judges. After all, they are also human beings and living in our Society too. It has also been observed that even the Speaker of Parliament is virtually criticising the Judiciary leave aside the Prime Minister ! As we know, Judiciary is one of the exclusive Pillars of our Constitution. They are only to supervise and guide if the Laws are being judiciously implemented and enforced - the Laws which the Parliament have formulated WITHIN THE DICTATE OF THE CONSTITUTION. Parliament should not conclude that they are 'beyond' the dictates of the Constitution (which they are possibly thinking now-a-days !). It must be remembered that IF THE JUDICIARY IS NOT ALLOWED TO PROPERLY FUNCTION, THE HUMAN CIVILISATION WILL GO INTO DOGS.

I trust judiciary. It take care of us. But all are over loaded and full listening is not practical for us at all times. There should be more judges to listen cases. There should be marriage judgesj in each town. Justic should be near to door. Nyaya aap ke dwar ke paas.

There are far too many liberal judges that allow politics to influence their decisions. The results are often catastrophic.
It appears that the only people they are concerned about are the criminals. They show little concern for the victims.

People have trust in our judiciary. Some time it appears that we don't have trust. But that is not true.Only thing is, we need a very long time to get the judgements. This is due to our population.

Oh I think they do.
I think they care about people who understand that in this country you must obey the law.
If you don't too bad for you.
Oh yes and do not try to bribe them that will land you in jail.
