I think it is opposite of your first answer on here.

I think God made the egg and the egg made the chicken.

However, they have recently found a link between the Tyrannosaurus Rex and the chicken. So, the Tyrannosaurus Rex came first, then the chicken then the egg.

Check out the below article.

The egg came first, but it wasn't laid by a chicken. Neither of the parents were chickens, but due to a series of purely random mutations the result was eventually a chicken genome in the fertilised egg. This took several generations of the predecessors of chickens to arise.

Do u believe in God? God made the chicken not the egg.
If u believe the evolution, the egg comes first. A species laid egg, which became chicken.
Yesterday I ask this question, u know?

I'd agree with Rhiannon - the alternative being that the egg wasn't a chicken's egg, so the egg came first.

If you're religious - God made a chicken and that chicken laid an egg.

If you believe in evolution - a thing that was almost a chicken laid an egg, inside that egg genetic variation turned the almost-chicken's offspring into the chicken we have today.

The chicken came first. The egg couldn't survive without the warmth from the chicken. That's why hens sit on their eggs. If you now ask from where the chicken came, it came from God. The egg couldn't come from God because there would be no warmth for it.

The egg came first. It was laid by a chicken-like bird that wasn't yet quite a chicken.
