I have to rephrase the Question. Are MOST people who studied Engineering who you know fun or boring people :)

I was married to an engineer for 7 years. He had the funniest, driest sense of humor! We parted as friends...you guys aren't boring, just misunderstood. I know a lot of engineers, all fun.

I know an Electrical Engineer that I used to date and he was one of the most fun people I have ever dated (and I used to date ALOT). I can't say if all Engineers are this fun, but he was in particular. To say that all are fun or boring would be stereotyping and not fair to the indivual.

Depends on what kind of engineering you're talking about...usually electrical, mechanical, architectural and civil engineers (like CPA's) know their skills very well but are boring. Boring, however is not a bad thing. I used to know a lot of engineers.

I've had 4 Engineering majors as roommates. They are not fun and they all liked Metallica.

I know several, all have boring & fun qualities,just depends on their individual personalities I guess,I don't usually equate a persons career title to their personalities though as it is way too diverse to distinguish..

i worked in an office full of them and they struck me as socially inept for the most part just lacking people skills very weird
