I found that on-line resources are usually more expensive than a store, I don't know why.
If you're in the US try to locate Farbics R Us near you. This is the best and the cheapest in my experience.
If no - try http://www.dancesport.uk.com or http://www.danceshopper.com they are ballroom websites, but I'm sure the fabric is similar.

Oo there is a great one in the market place in Dalton (north London). Got my wedding fabric there on Saturday. never seen so much spangly stuff.
